You'll want at least a 1GHz P3 and an AGP Radeon X1600 to run GW.
I can run it at such a computer (my file/dns server), but it won't be very fast. |

Your graphics card is trash and it is AGP. I have about twenty cards like that sitting in a dry bin in my closet. They were installed on a lot of whiteboxes some years back. They either had anywhere from 8mb-32mb dedicated. That is an old card, man. I feel for you. However, if you have the money, pm in game and I will give you the info for my vent server. I will help you pick out a system that will allow GW to be played fine. I should be able to find you a system for as low as $350 that will run GW without a problem.
If you don't have the money, I suggest you save up and not upgrade. Upgrading that system is seriously a waste of time and money. Don't do it. Just save up and get a newer system. You will be much happier with the performance. |
